1. Who we are

“We”, “us” and “Petal & Bloom Studio” refer to the flower-preservation studio based in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. By placing an order with us you (“the customer”) agree to these terms.

2. Our service

We provide bespoke flower-preservation services. Each piece is handmade and the process — from receiving your flowers through drying, design approval and casting — is described on our How it works page and in our FAQs. Please read these before ordering so you understand the transformation your flowers will go through and what to expect.

3. Deposits & payment

Unless you choose to pay in full at checkout, a 20% deposit is due today to secure your slot. Reservation fees and certain products may require full payment upfront. The remaining balance is due before your flowers are delivered to us.

Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your place in our production calendar, which is limited to 70 orders per month.

4. Timelines

Most preservation orders are completed in roughly 6–8 months from when we receive your flowers. Busy periods may extend this. We will keep you updated throughout. Design approval is required before casting begins — we will send you a photograph of the proposed arrangement for your confirmation.

5. Sending your flowers

You are responsible for posting or delivering your flowers in good time. Detailed packing instructions are on the website and emailed once your slot is booked. Flowers should be posted as soon as possible after your event. In-person drop-offs and a secure lock box can be arranged if needed.

On receipt we assess and photograph the condition of your flowers. Natural variation in colour, shape and freshness is expected; we cannot guarantee an exact match to how flowers appeared on the day of your event.

6. Design changes & cancellations

You may request design changes after seeing the dried-flower photograph and before casting begins. Once casting has started, changes may not be possible. If you cancel after a deposit has been paid, the deposit is retained as set out above.

7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are applied in full at checkout. If an order total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance is forfeited. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability

We take every care with your flowers and belongings, but preservation is a handmade craft involving natural materials. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Data protection

We process your contact details and order information to fulfil your order and keep you informed of progress. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send you updates about new collections. See our cookie notice for how we use cookies on this website.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
