Accept all — we may use essential cookies and optional referral cookies as described below.
Essential only — we only use cookies that are needed for the site to function. We will not set florist referral attribution cookies in your browser (referral benefits may still apply where we can match your account or order another way).

Essential cookies

These are needed to provide the service you ask for:

pbs_customer_token, pbs_customer_user — keep you signed in to your customer account (session).
pbs_florist_token, pbs_florist_user — florist portal sign-in where applicable.
pbs_admin_token, pbs_admin_user — staff admin sign-in where applicable.
pbs_cookie_consent — remembers whether you accepted all cookies or essential only.

Optional cookies (referral)

If you choose Accept all, we may set:

pbs_ref_code, pbs_ref_captured_at — remember which florist referred you (e.g. after scanning a QR code) so eligible orders can be attributed fairly.
pbs_ref_dismissed — remembers if you closed the referral welcome prompt.

If you choose Essential only, we do not set these referral cookies. New referral scans will not store a referral cookie until you accept all.

Shopping bag (browser storage)

Your basket is stored in local storage on your device (pbs.cart.v1), not as a cookie. It keeps items between pages until you check out or clear your browser data.

Payment (Stripe)

When you pay, Stripe may set its own cookies or use storage on Stripe’s domains for fraud prevention and checkout. Those are governed by Stripe’s policies.

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Cookie notice” page will show the latest version.
