How it works
Reserving your space
1. Select your items and head to the checkout
- ✿Browse the products page and pick out your products
- ✿Or if you need more time, leave a non-refundable deposit and pick later
- ✿Continue to checkout once items have been selected — choose your preferred payment method
- ✿Choose the flower delivery date, or the date you intend to post your flowers
- ✿A booking form will be sent to you to confirm the finer details
2. Postage or in-person drop off
- ✿When your postage day arrives, follow the delivery instructions (also emailed with your booking form)
- ✿In-person drop-offs can be arranged
- ✿A secure lock box is available if I am unable to accept your package in person — your blooms will be kept safe until I can process them (within 12 hours maximum)
3. Put your feet up
- ✿Once your flowers are assessed and dried, you will be updated and a design will follow shortly
- ✿I will send you a photo showing the condition your flowers arrived in
- ✿Once a design is agreed, the casting process begins — slow, lovingly handmade
- ✿Most orders are sent back to you in roughly 6–8 months, sometimes longer in busy periods
- ✿You will be updated shortly before delivery to confirm details
