How long does preservation take?+
Most orders are completed in 6–8 months. Busy seasons can push this a little longer — we will always keep you updated.
How do I pack my flowers for postage?+
You will receive detailed packing instructions by email once your slot is booked. In short: flowers should be stems-up in a box with gentle support, posted as soon as possible after your event.
What if I cannot post in time?+
We can arrange an in-person drop-off. There is also a secure lock box available at the studio — the code is shared with you so your blooms stay safe until I can process them, within 12 hours maximum.
Can I change my mind about the design?+
Yes, absolutely. Once your flowers are dried, we send a photograph of the arrangement for your approval. Only once you confirm does casting begin.
Are deposits refundable?+
Deposits are non-refundable — they secure your place in the production calendar, which is limited to 70 orders per month.
How does the florist referral reward work?+
If a client names you as their referring florist and their order completes successfully, we pay 10% of that order's total as a referral commission.
